These terms and conditions apply to all Grivel Gift Cards purchased on our website, www.grivel.com. By purchasing or using a Grivel Gift Card, you accept these terms and conditions.
Grivel Gift Cards are digital and can be used only for purchases on www.grivel.com.
If your Grivel Gift Card does not cover the full amount of your purchase, you can complete the payment with any other method accepted on our website. As Gift Cards are a form of payment, they can be combined with a discount code.
// Payment
You can purchase a Grivel Gift Card on www.grivel.com using any of the payment methods accepted on our website.
A Grivel Gift Card cannot be used to buy another Grivel Gift Card.
A discount code cannot be used to buy a Grivel Gift Card.
// Delivery
Grivel Gift Cards are digital. After your purchase, you will receive an email containing:
You must provide a valid email address for the delivery of the Gift Card. Grivel is not responsible for incorrect email addresses provided at purchase.
For privacy reasons, only the customer has access to the full Gift Card code.
If you lose your Gift Card code, you can recover it from your personal area on www.grivel.com and resend the email containing your code.
// Usage
Once received, a Grivel Gift Card can be used online for eligible products on www.grivel.com.
To use your Gift Card credit:

// Validity
A Grivel Gift Card is valid for one year from its date of purchase.
Grivel Gift Cards cannot be recharged.
Your Gift Card can be used as long as a positive balance remains. Once the balance reaches zero, the Gift Card expires.
An expired Gift Card can no longer be used for purchases.
// Returns
Grivel Gift Cards cannot be returned.
We consider your Grivel Gift Card as cash. Products purchased with a Grivel Gift Card are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
// Limitation of Liability
Grivel is not responsible for Gift Cards lost after activation. Please treat your Grivel Gift Card as cash.
