Eligibility
You may return any eligible item within 30 days of the confirmed delivery date. Returns requested after this period cannot be accepted.
To qualify for a return, items must be:

Pre-Order Items
Pre-order items can be cancelled or modified up to 2 working days before the scheduled shipping date by contacting shop@grivel.com. Requests received within the 2 working day window cannot be guaranteed, as the order may already be in preparation for dispatch.
For orders containing both pre-order and in-stock items, partial refunds will be processed according to the terms of this policy.
How to Return
To return an item:

RMA
Mark your Return Reference Number clearly on the outside of your parcel before shipping.
Your RMA is valid for 14 days from issue. Ship your item within this window.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, contact shop@grivel.com before returning. Grivel covers return shipping in these cases.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are your responsibility, unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent. For orders shipped outside the EU, you are also responsible for any customs duties, taxes, and VAT. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
For items valued over €50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
Grivel cannot guarantee receipt of returned items sent without tracking.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm receipt and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds are processed directly on our e-commerce platform and you will receive a confirmation email as soon as your refund is issued. Allow a few additional days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on interbank processing.
Only the product cost is refunded. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If your refund is still not visible 10 days after receiving our confirmation email, please contact shop@grivel.com.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges or store credit. To order a different item, complete your return and place a new order on www.grivel.com.
