What is climbing?

An activity that engages both body and mind, extending far beyond the rock and the movement itself. Through this series, we explore climbing alongside a group of strong climbers across the landscapes of Corsica.

Climbing is both an internal and external journey. A way to discover the world, and yourself within it.

Climbing is also a challenge. With yourself, with others, and sometimes with the route itself. Reaching the top, whatever that means to you, becomes part of building confidence, perspective, and self-belief.

Climbing is about building shared bonds and memories, which run beyond the rope, trusting your partner and often being in tune without the need for words.

Can climbing become an obsession? Can it become addictive? Does it always leave you searching for more?

Climbing is creativity.
